Position Summary:

We are seeking dynamic, nurturing, energetic, early childhood professionals for our unique child development program. Full-time positions are currently available in our infant/toddler classrooms. Teachers must be able to incorporate hands-on learning, inquiry, exploration, and outdoor education to stimulate social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Candidates must possess good communications skills, and be able to work as part of a team. Early childhood education experience or coursework preferred.

-Experience in the field of early childhood education

-Strong communication skills

-Punctuality and reliability

Position Responsibilities:

-Provide quality child care and early learning experiences

-Develop lesson plans and curriculum based on the multiple-intelligence theory

-Utilize positive behavior guidance and implement age-appropriate redirection and discipline

-Assist in classrooms other than one's primary classroom

-Maintain consistent written and verbal communication with the families of children in your care

-Help maintain the cleanliness of your classroom and the center
