Associate or Lead Teachers

The Early Enrichment Center in Concord NH is looking to hire creative and nurturing individuals to help grow our infant, toddler and preschool programs. Our program is growing and therefor we are looking to add to our talented team of dedicated educators! We are seeking individuals with experience building relationships with families and developing the trust new parents are looking for in their first care experience.

Position Qualifications & Requirements:

Skills Required:
*Meet NH Childcare Licensing Standards for Lead or Associate Teacher or be willing to take coursework to obtain a degree or certificate. Preference will be given to those with degrees and prior teaching experience but we are willing to train the right candidate.
*Understanding of NH Early Learning Standards and Play-Based Curriculum.
*CPR and First Aid training (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire).

Position Responsibilities:

Candidates will:
*Be able to develop and implement a play-based curriculum based on each child’s individual needs and interests.
*Create a warm, positive and fun environment where all children feel loved and are encouraged to grow.
*Have the ability to build strong parent partnerships and work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators.
