Compassionate Infant/Toddler Teacher

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, mentor Infant/Toddler teacher to join our Ark family! We have an amazing infant/toddler family who is young, energetic, and willing to learn from teachers with experience in the field! Position Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have CDA or 9 ECE credits.
Must maintain or obtain NH Early Learning Credential within the first 90 days. Preferred Infant/Toddler endorsement.
Needs current Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification.
Preferred experience with ITERS-3
Preferred experience with BrightWheel or similar parent/communication app.
Preferred experience with tying NH Early Learning Standards to lesson plans.

Position Responsibilities:

This lead teacher position will be responsible for creating a classroom environment that aligns with the ITERS-3 quality standards. Weekly lesson plans attached to NH Early Learning Standards will be sent to parents via BrightWheel as well as photos, messages, and daily sheets. The Ark offers a full USDA/CACFP program for children at no cost and teachers are responsible for promoting healthy eating habits and choices. This position will have a mentor/training aspect to it as Lead Teachers are expected to model and gently guide assistants in providing a healthy, safe learning environment for all children. Every position at The Ark will go through a 6-week onboarding training where all Ark policies and requirements will be clearly and carefully outlined.
