Infant/Toddler Teacher

Position Summary:

Position Qualifications & Requirements:

Associates degree in ECE or related field required (Bachelors preferred).  Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, positive attitude, knowledge of DAP, flexibility, sense of humor and ability to attend to multiple priorities.  Warmth, understanding of diverse children and families and enthusiasm for hard work are paramount to success in this position.  24 annual hours of Professional Development is required.

Position Responsibilities:

Full time position working with children from six weeks to three years old.   Primary Caregiving is used in this program with an assessment portfolio on each child to document their growth and development.  Developing an emergent curriculum in cooperation with the Head Teacher in the classroom and interacting with families on a daily basis are major components of this position.
