A Brighter Future Learning Center LLC is looking to hire a full-time Preschool teacher as well as a full-time Pre-K teacher. Both positions have immediate openings. Lead or associate teachers are encouraged but assistants with a plan to become qualified are welcomed to apply.
Our Preschool program is currently a smaller classroom, only consisting of 8 children at most. We are looking for someone who has a passion for three-year olds and is well-versed or willing to become trained in preparing the children for our Pre-K curriculum.
Our Pre-K program is currently a smaller classroom only having 6-8 children at a time. We are looking for someone who has experience with older children and getting children ready for the transition to Kindergarten and public school.

**Salary for both positions will be based on experience.

Lead Teachers are required to have a high school diploma and at least 18 credits in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (with three of those credits being in Growth and Development).
Associate Teachers must have a high school diploma and at least 9 credits in early childhood education or its approved equivalent (with three of those credits being in Growth and Development).
**Both will be required to complete ProSolutions Health and Safety trainings upon hire.Position Responsibilities:
The perfect candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of running/co-running a classroom. This includes lesson planning, progress reports, communication with families, etc. We are all responsible for cleaning of the center, so being a team player is a must!
